Learn Yoga with Abby Paloma

Abby is the co-founder of the Be Hive and a passionate teacher. Abby believes wholeheartedly that we can change our brains (our biology) through the practice of yoga; which includes how we eat, breath, communicate and BE in this world. She strives to hold space in her classes for her students to explore their mental, emotional, and physical bodies through moving joyfully and mindfully with the breath and the rhythm of their individual body. Abby loves teaching more than anything else and brings this love to every class.
